This little chocolate bunny is footloose and fat free. I drew him a few years ago. Used him as an applique in a swap with my BFF.

Sew! I thought I would finally start making him as a stitchery.

My Blog Banner Bunnies...

I made those for gifts a couple of years ago. I did keep one for myself for once. After a few people have asked about the pattern. I used two different patterns. I finally checked my studio and found the magazine the bunny is from and the pattern the tomato is from. Both patterns can still be purchased.

The magazine was Country Marketplace vol. 15 no. 1 February 2005. Sadly, they are no longer publishing. On a better note the bunny was designed by Sue of Palette Primitives. You can have it right away as an e-pattern. Please, also check out the Sheep Seasons pattern. It is another one of my favs.

Now, for the tomato it is part of a pattern by Debbie of Wooden Spool Designs. It is a really cute stack of tomatoes with a black bird on top called Vine Ripe. I set the one I made on top of a large black candle pillar. It makes me smile when I look at it. Sew Sweet! Debbie has many cute designs.

Wow...

What a weekend. It all started out fabulous. On Friday my two buddies went with me to my little ones school to build bluebird houses. What a joy to see approximately 140 third graders work with their hands for a positive purpose. I have to give credit to all the parents, grandparents and friends who showed up.


After that my BFF made scrumptious pizza for all of us at my house. She brought the yummy homemade dough and other ingredients with her. She even brought me some cool gifts. Thanks Pal!

Then I found out my Bag Tutorial was featured on One Pretty Thing. How cool is that? Makes me smile. After all that love, I came down with a whopper of a migraine. I have pretty much been out of commission all weekend. I am on the mend now and hope to get some projects done this week.
